A spokesperson from the office of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper today confirmed that the Prime Minister will not be speaking at or attending CPAC this year, a conservative conference hosted in Washington, D.C. by the American Conservative Union.
Last week, Landmark Report confirmed that the ACU had invited the Prime Minister.
The ACU announced on Friday that Congressman and former Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan will be a featured speaker at the conference in March, however.
