Dominion Day with David “The Menzoid” Menzies

To anyone born since 1982, July 1st is nothing less than Canada Day, a pseudo-patriotic drinking day to celebrate Canada’s existence. Of course, the first of July has been known as Canada’s birthday since confederation, but for over a century, it was Dominion Day, befitted with a regal name that celebrated both Canada’s independence as a sovereign nation, as well as its rich history as a member of the Commonwealth. Who better to chat about history and patriotism with than Sun News Network’s David Menzies in this special Dominion Day podcast.
